Colwood Golf Course LUBA Decision |

The Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) affirmed the City Council's decision denying the Colwood Golf Course comprehensive plan amendment application, which means that the golf course will remain zoned as Open Space.
The applicant has 21 days to appeal the LUBA's decision to the Court of Appeals. The City attorney's office will notify the association if the applicant decides to appeal this decision.
