Vote on proposed By-Law amendments at the CAN general meeting on Tuesday, April 13th held at Grace Presbyterian Church, 6025 NE Prescott, from 7-9 pm.
 
PROPOSED AMENDMENT to be added to Article VI, Section 1, Officers and term of office: E) The Immediate Past-Chairperson 1.) Shall be a director of the CAN.  2.) Shall assume an advisory role to assure continuity on on-going neighborhood business.  3.) Shall be a voting non-elective officer.

If above motion is passed, the following proposed amendments would also be voted on - amend Article V, Section 1 Composition of Board: to add and the Immediate Past-Chairperson. …The Immediate past chair person is a designated non-elected position and serve no more than one (1) year.

Amend Article lX Elections, Section 2  add..but not for the Immediate Past Chair position.   

PROPOSED AMENDMENT to be added to Article III, Section 3, Grant & Donation Requests:   Request for CAN funds may be made for projects or activities that will benefit the Cully neighborhood, but not for private or personal use.

PROPOSED AMENDMENT corrections for continuity – Article VI, Section 3 change typo from Section 3 to read Section 2. Article VI, Section C) Treasurer change typo from C) to D)
