Acting as representative for Janet Ader (homeowner), I am notifying you of our intention to execute a major remodel project at 4927 NE Skidmore Street. The project is subject to the notification guidelines set forth by the Bureau of Development Services program for Major Residential Addition or Alteration (MRAA).
The proposed design is for a single story addition of 675 square feet. The addition will be at the back of the house in place of the current garage.
As required by Portland City Code section 24.55.210, there is a delay period of 35 days from the date of this notice before work under the permit can begin. Notice is being sent today April 18, 2017.
The permit application has not yet been submitted but will be submitted such that construction can begin after the 35 day delay period from the date this notice is sent. Door hanger notifications were posted at the houses of neighbors as required by MRAA yesterday.
