I am writing to share preliminary plans on a proposed 11 home development my associate Michael Gregory is beginning to permit at 5445 NE 64th Ave.

I have attached the proposed site plan of the project. We are proposing dedicated off street parking for each unit. Units will be 3BR/2BA with private garages.
