Please join us for an unusually rich CAN Transportation and Land use Committee meeting on Tuesday, April 20, 7:00 pm, https://us02web.zoom.us/j/5034939434?pwd=eG9WQVordFVWV0lhQUIybWZ5eUlUQT09.

PBOT Planner, Bryon Poole will tell us about the Columbia/Lombard Mobility Corridor Plan. The plan includes a number of exciting projects including bicycle and pedestrian improvements in the Cully neighborhood. The plan is a catalogue of recommendations that are not yet funded for development. It will be important for us to understand these so we can advocate for our priorities to be built.

Also, Kathryn Hartinger and/or Andrea Pastor of the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability will present on the Anti-Displacement Action Plan, a joint effort among the City and community groups to coordinate policies and actions to reduce displacement. This is an important project for the Cully community, and one that we will want to participate in. Attached below is CAN’s Inclusive Cully Policy, adopted five years ago this month to address displacement.

I hope to see you on the 20th.
