Bureau of Development Services opened public input for a proposal to divide the lots at 4330 NE Going St and 4380 NE Going St. A 16-unit cottage cluster is in progress at this site. The developer proposes a middle housing land division to split the two existing lots into 16 smaller lots, one for each cottage. Splitting the lots allows future cottage residents to own their home and the lot the home sits on, providing the same home ownership structure as a standard single family home.

The current land use decision only concerns the proposal to divide the lots. The city is not deciding whether to permit construction of the cottage cluster.
