The Independent Court Appointed Monitoring Team will be hosting a community Town Hall meeting on Thursday, November 13th, 2025 at Vancouver Ave First Baptist Church from 6-8p. Community members are welcome to attend either in-person or virtually. An RSVP is requested for in-person attendance as space is limited; you can RSVP here. On November 1st, 2025, we will release a draft of our second compliance report for public review, and we will be seeking community input prior to finalizing the report. The Town Hall meeting will provide an opportunity to learn more about the Settlement Agreement and the Independent Monitor's role in assessing compliance with it, and to provide feedback on our draft report.
