Please join the Cully Association of Neighbors for our May 2025 transportation and land use meeting. For this hybrid meeting, join on Zoom or at Grace Presbyterian Church. For in person, enter from the parking lot on the east side of the building.

Potential Parking Permit District

Last November, parking staff from Portland Bureau of Transportation heard neighborhood comments on street parking challenges in the Cully Triangle area around NE Cully Blvd & Killingsworth St. Thanks to your input, PBOT is now studying a possible parking permit district in the area to help keep spaces available for residents who need them. Rae-Leigh Stark from PBOT will join us this month to present on a how a permit district might work in Cully and how the neighborhood and city council would approve it. Creating a permit system that works for everyone requires more of your input, so please join us and share your thoughts with PBOT.
