Multnomah County's D2 Commissioner Shannon Singleton is teaming up with Portland City Council President (and City D2 Councilor) Elana Pirtle-Guiney for a community conversation to recap the budget process. The County Board of Commissioners approved a $4 billion budget, and the Portland City Council approved an $8.2 billion budget.
