The plan also includes 8 off street parking spaces, bike parking facilities, and an outdoor common area. The development will add sidewalks along the entire property line on Going St.

This notice is informational only. Cottage cluster developments fall under Portland’s Residential Infill Project code. As long as the developer follows the relevant standards in Portland’s building and zoning code, this is a by right development, and no public land use decision is required.
