Cully Association of Neighbors received a notice of intent to demolish the residential structure at 6841 NE Prescott St. Habitat for Humanity Portland owns the property and previously requested early assistance from the city on a permit to build a 15 unit residential development with 15 parking spaces. The final permit for that proposed development is not listed in the city’s database yet.

CAN or individuals may appeal the demolition. Appeals have a high standard and require evidence of the property’s significance to the neighborhood and a funds or a fundraising plan that support a budget and plan for saving the structure.
