Provision Group, LLC informed Cully Association of Neighbors of a planned cottage cluster developments on two adjacent properties on NE Holman St. At 4412 NE Holman St, Provision Group plans to build a 12-unit cottage cluster. At 4334 NE Holman St, Provision group plans to build a 10-unit cottage cluster that will include the existing single family home on the site. On both properties, each cottage will be a 2- or 3-bedroom single family home. Provision will go through Portland’s Middle Housing Land Division process, so each home will be on a separate tax parcel.
This notification is required as part of the permitting process for some multifamily housing developments, but the notification does not include a land use decision with a public feedback process. That means the developer plans to follow Portland’s code standards for the development, and Portland Permitting & Development can use their standard process for approving or denying the eventual permit.
The developer provided a site plan for 4412 NE Holman St. The site plan for 4334 NE Holman St is still in progress.
