Don Titus of Haven Architecture, on behalf of Nurtured Earth LLC, notified Cully Association of Neighbors of the property owner’s intent to demolish the single family home structure at 6405 NE Wygant St.

The neighborhood association may appeal the demolition by submitting an appeal before February 2, 2026. Demolition appeals require evidence of the property’s significance to the neighborhood, a plan to save the structure, evidence of funds on hand to support the plan, and several other items.
