Steve Owen notified Cully Association of Neighbors of an application for a major alteration to the residential property at 5524 NE Mason St. The proposed project is an approximately 18-foot wide addition to the west side of the existing residence. The addition will be same height as the existing residence and match the existing two-story roof roof structure and front and rear walls.
As required by Portland City Code section 24.55.210, there is a delay period of 35 days from the date of this notice before work under the permit can begin.
This notification is required as part of the permitting process. The notification does not include a land use decision with a public feedback process. Portland Permitting & Development will approve or deny the permit based on the applicant’s adherence to city standards.
