Decision: Re-plat at 4830 NE 60TH Ave
Adjusting the lot size for two residential properties
Site: 4830 NE 60TH AVE & 4830 SE/ NE 60TH AVE
Owner: Rarebird Inc
Decision Rendered: Feb 9, 2026
Portland Permitting & Development completed a land use review and approved a re-plat to change the size and shape of two adjacent lots on NE 60th Ave in Cully.
This land use decision affects two adjacent lots, both zoned for residential use, on NE 60th Ave. One lot, 4830 NE 60th Ave, has a single family home. The other lot, 4830 SE/ NE 60th Ave, is currently vacant land.
The applicant may now re-plat both properties, which will change the size and shape of the lots. The re-plat would reduce the size of 4830 NE 60th Ave from 8,715 sq ft to 4,740 ft and increase the size of 4830 SE/NE 60th Ave from 9,371 sq ft to 13,354 sq ft. Both lots will remain zoned for residential use, and the existing single family home will remain at 4830 NE 60th Ave. The owner plans to develop cottage cluster housing on the other lot.
