DMS Architects notified Cully Association of Neighbors of the property owner’s intent to demolish the single family home structure at 4329 NE 62nd Ave.

The neighborhood association may appeal the demolition. Demolition appeals require evidence of the property’s significance to the neighborhood, a plan to save the structure, evidence of funds on hand to support the plan, and several other items. See the full notice for more details.
