Speed Limit Change on NE Killingsworth

Portland Bureau of Transportation notified Cully Association of Neighbors of a recent speed limit change in Cully. PBOT reduced the speed limit NE Killingsworth Street from 42nd Avenue to Lombard Street from 30 to 25 mph.
