Intent to Demolish a Single Family Home

Leah Tuominen, on behalf of Wolf Industries, notified Cully Association of Neighbors of the property owner’s intent to demolish the single family home structure at 5816 NE Alberta St.

The neighborhood association may appeal the demolition by submitting an appeal before Sept 11, 2026. Demolition appeals require evidence of the property’s significance to the neighborhood, a plan to save the structure, evidence of funds on hand to support the plan, and several other items.
