Cully Association of Neighbors received a notification letter for a major alteration at 4410 NE Emerson St. The property owners are replacing an old backyard workshop with a new shop. The new structure will have a steeper pitch roof to allow for second story and will be attached to an existing covered patio. The new shop will be unconditioned space. The first floor will contain a bike storage room, work shop, and bathroom/wet room. The second level will have two workspaces.
