The new draft of the Residential Infill Project was posted online tonight .  You can find it here,  As we expected, there are only a few minor changes from the last draft.  I am attaching a summary of the new draft and also a new economic analysis which appears to show that these changes will result in fewer demolitions and more smaller units at lower price points.  This seems to contradict the staff finding that areas at risk of displacement should be excluded from the housing opportunity zone—but read it and see what you think.
